  1. Cut the cucumbers in half vertically, use the tip of a small spoon to remove the seeds, and cut up into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes. Peel the kiwifruits and cut up into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.
  2. Combine the yogurt with (A) and mix together.
  3. Quickly combine (1) with the mint leaves and dress all ingredients with (2).
