Directions

  1. Cut mackerel into bite-size pieces, and season with (A).
  2. Dust (1) with flour, and fry in oil.
  3. Grate daikon radish, then boil leaves and thinly slice.
  4. Combine (3) and (B) to make dressing.
  5. Dress (2) with (4) and serve on plates.
