Directions

  1. Mix (A) together.
  2. Remove and mince the mushroom stems, then mix with (A).
  3. Evenly fill the mushroom caps with (2) and grill for 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Arrange on a plate and season with paprika before serving.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
