Remove excess fat from the chicken meat, slice into the thick part of the chicken open it up and lay the meat out flat. Place into a bowl and cover well with (A), then allow the flavor to soak in for more than 1 hour in a refrigerator.

Line an oven tray with oven paper, arrange the chicken pieces up with skin facing upwards and bake in an oven at 180℃ (356F) for 15 minutes. While baking, open the oven and spread the cooking juices over the chicken a few times.

Once the chicken is cooked, place on a dish garnished with salad greens if available.
