Cut cauliflower into 3-4 mm (1/8 inch) thick pieces.

Heat sesame seed oil in fry pan on low heat. Add chili pepper and fry, but be careful not to burn it. When the oil becomes spicy, turn down heat to medium, add cauliflower and saute.
