Directions

  1. Boil the spinach in some lightly salted water, cool in ice water and wring dry. Cut into 3-4 cm lengths, wring dry once more and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix (A) in a heat safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix well with (1) and serve on a plate.
  3. Place the bonito flakes, seaweed and sesame seeds on top and serve.

Greens - boiling in salt

Add salt to plenty of boiling water to achieve salt concentration of about 1 - 2%, then add in the greens from the roots. After boiling for about 20 seconds, remove into cold water.
