Directions

  1. Slice each salmon fillet into half diagonally, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pat excess moisture off of (1), then lightly cover with flour.
  3. Spread the oil in the bottom of a fry pan, cook both sides of (2) over medium-high heat until browned, then turn down the heat to medium to cook through. Add in (A) and coat the fillets.
  4. Arrange on plates and garnish with the cherry tomatoes and butterhead lettuce.
