Directions

  1. Divide the turnips between root and leaves. Peel the root and following the natural grain, slice into 2 mm (1/16 in.) thick pieces. Chop the leaves into small, fine pieces.
  2. Place (1) in a bowl. Add salt and lightly massage by hand. Once the moisture has been removed, rinse off the salt and dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix (A) in a bowl. Add and mix (2). Pile ingredients up together, sprinkle on grated sesame seeds.
