Directions

  1. Rinse the Japanese mustard spinach, chop into 5 cm (2 in.) long pieces. Dry.
  2. Heat sesame seed oil in a wok, add salt, add in (1) and quickly fry. Place in a strainer when done.
  3. Pour (A) into the wok and bring to a boil. Dry the juice from the Japanese mustard spinach, return to the wok and stir fry, working the ingredients together well. Serve.
