Directions

  1. Cut the pork into easy-to-eat pieces.
    Marinate in (A), then coat with the flour.
  2. Cut the mustard spinach into 5 cm (2 in.) lengths.
    Separate the leaves from the stalks, rinse in water and then dry.
  3. Heat up a frying pan and add the sesame oil.
    Saute (1) over high heat, and add the mustard spinach stalks once the pork turns white.
    After sauteing for roughly 1 minute, add (B) and continue cooking for 30 seconds.
    Then, add the mustard spinach leaves to finish.
