Cut the tofu into small cubes. Cut off the hard roots from the daikon radish sprouts, then chop into 1 cm (0.4 in.) lengths.

Mix and heat (A) and add in the tofu. Season with (B).

Add the daikon radish sprouts to (2). Immediately remove from the heat, pour into bowls to serve.
